35AZ Compliance with request
(1)
The authorised agency is authorised to do an act or thing in compliance with a request under section 35AX.
(2)
An act or thing done by the authorised agency in compliance with a request under section 35AX is taken to be done in the performance of the function conferred on the authorised agency by paragraph 7(1)(f) of the Intelligence Services Act 2001.
