##### 30AN  Application, adoption or incorporation of a law of a State or Territory etc. ###### Scope - \(1\) This section applies to rules made for the purposes of section 30AH or 30AKA\. ###### Application, adoption or incorporation of a law of a State or Territory - \(2\) Despite subsection 14\(2\) of the Legislation Act 2003, the rules may make provision in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, any matter contained in a law of a State or Territory as in force or existing from time to time\. ###### Application, adoption or incorporation of a standard - \(3\) Despite subsection 14\(2\) of the Legislation Act 2003, the rules may make provision in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or without modification, any matter contained in a standard proposed or approved by Standards Australia as in force or existing from time to time\.
