##### 12J  Meaning of critical superannuation asset - \(1\) An asset is a critical superannuation asset if: - \(a\) it is owned or operated by an RSE licensee that, in accordance with subsection \(2\), is critical to the security and reliability of the financial services and markets sector; and - \(b\) it is used in connection with the operation of a superannuation fund\.
