30DF  Compliance with system information periodic reporting notice or system information event‑based reporting notice

  An entity must comply with:

(a)

a system information periodic reporting notice; or

(b)

a system information event‑based reporting notice;

to the extent that the entity is capable of doing so.

Civil penalty: 200 penalty units.
